The name is. We began in 2010 as Styling Properties, styling homes across Melbourne, the peninsulas and Geelong. More than 4,800 homes later, the name caught up with the work: Residence Melbourne. Same founders, same team, and a standard that keeps rising.
We move quickly. After your consultation we confirm the plan, schedule the install, and style the entire home in a single day. You leave in the morning and come home to a finished house, photography ready.
Our standard hire period covers your full campaign, typically six to eight weeks, and we collect once the home is sold. If your campaign runs longer, extensions are simple to arrange.
We walk your home, read its light and proportions, and identify the buyer it will speak to. From there we build the styling plan: scale, palette, layout and detail, each decision aligned with your campaign.
We stay involved for the life of the campaign. If schedules shift or access changes, we coordinate directly with you or your agent so the styling keeps supporting the sale.
